Challenges

More than 12 million youth between 15 and 29 years of age are expected to enter India’s labor force every year for the next two decades. The government’s recent skill gap analysis concludes that by 2022, and about 109 million more skilled workers will be required in 24 keys sectors of the economy.

Our interventions

We provide rural youth with training and employment opportunities that help lift them and their families out of poverty.

We work with Industry to identify skilling needs, then find and support rural youth to obtain those skills and gain meaningful, dignified employment.
